Jamu Recipes for Hair Nourishing


Beautiful hair is the most valuable treasure of a woman. And to gain beautiful hair you simply need to be consistent in providing good hair-care. You do not necessarily need to go to a beauty salon to do the hair-care for you, since most of the task can be done at home by yourself. The nature gives you many choices in helping you to gain and maintain beautiful hair. Here are simply two commonly used herbs and plants that may meet your needs.

Recipe # 1 
INGREDIENTS:
Aloe (Aloe vera, lidah buaya)

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE:
Clean wash the aloe leaf then cut it into two and tap the mucous. Rub the mucous evenly onto the entire scalp while massaging. Let it stay for about 15 minutes before washing of your hair with regular shampoo. Do this 3 times in a week

Recipe # 2 

INGREDIENTS:
Banana tree lump (bonggol pohon pisang)

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE:
Cut a banana tree lump and make a hole in it. Let it stay overnight to tap the mucous that will be collected in the hole. Use the sap to wash your hair while massaging the scalp. Then wash off your hair with water without shampooing. Repeat this 3 times in a week

REMARKS: Aloe vera contains a tonic that nourishes the hair follicle.
